This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made by consumers on the eHusle platform. It is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.
As a marketplace, eHustle facilitates the transaction, but the Seller is the ultimate supplier of the goods or services and is primarily responsible for compliance with this policy and the CPA.
